Yes, IT is in the name, but what about those numbers? Well, IT also stands for 1st Thessalonians! In chapter 5 verse 11, Paul writes to the church of Thessalonica saying, “Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.” (CSB) In verses 9-10, Paul reminds us of our salvation through Jesus Christ’s death on the cross, and that as children of God, we will live forever with Him! It’s this amazing news that we should be sharing with our community around us. Because of this great news, we should be helping and encouraging one another! And that’s what we want to do! At IT511, we want to help and encourage your ministry through technology! Together, we can share the love of God with our communities!
We all know that without volunteers, Sunday’s services would be a LOT harder! Our volunteers are precious, and while we should want our congregation to serve, we have to be careful not to burn them out. Serving in the church nearly my entire life, I have volunteered so much that, at times, it has felt more like a job than serving the Kingdom of God. Do not let this happen to your volunteers! They should be excited about serving in your church. Let us take care of the hard, tedious work in technology so that your volunteers don’t get burned out and continuously receive the joys of serving the Kingdom!
We all have heard the famous phrase “technology is great… when it works,” but all too often, we find ourselves in a position where our technology is not working. Having worked with many churches over the years, I know that we are no exception. The technology churches adopt can enhance the worship gathering in powerful ways by drawing the congregation closer to God. However, I’ve seen so many instances where this tech quickly turns into a huge distraction. At IT511, we can take care of all your technology issues. We will make sure you receive all the benefits of technology without any of the headaches.
